As a customer of Teknix Web Service, you are required to aware that while signing up a contract with Teknix, you agree and accept to abide by our terms and condition of services related to web design and development.

• The approval given by a client for work commencement should be considered as a contractual agreement, which is signed between the client and Teknix.
• Webspace and domain renewal fee would be charged every year. In case if the clients would like to transfer or move his or her service/domain to another, then company must request for secure code by email or in written before 30 days of expire date of domain. EPP code and secure code would be offered to the clients by the company at free of cost.
• When the work on your website commences, deposits are not refundable.
• Due balance should be paid without any delay on completion of your website. We hold back the right of not to launch the website unless the full payment has been obtained.
• Your website would be handled over to you as a completed and full functioning one. Keep it in mind that your website is provided as a single contract, so no assurance of availability of further support from Teknix is provide if your support package is not agreed upon.
• Issues occurred by spyware, website hacking, viruses and malicious software are highly practical in today's internet business. This will highly affect your site, and Teknix will aid to protect the website from this problem at the time of creation, but once the website is given to you then it is your responsibility to take care of illegal activity.
• cPanel along with login details will be given to the customer on request, after giving the cPanel to client we cannot be responsible for any modifications made within the website by the client’s agent or the client.
• We develop website according to the specification of client. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the website and its content fulfill with present online trading laws and regulations. We cannot stand responsible for any missing things with laws and regulations associated to accessibility, trade or selling online.
• The consumer represent to Teknix that all components of text, photos, designs, trademarks, photos and other artwork provided to Teknix for adding in web pages are owned by the consumer or the consumer has the full permission to access these elements, and hold safe, protect and guard Teknix from any claim or suit rising due to the utility of such component provided by the consumer.
